How Cheap Is PsychicBook?
PsychicBook's new-customer offer is the most generous we track: 10 free minutes, then 50% off the rest of your first session. Starting rates are around $1.00/min, so after the free minutes you pay about $0.50/min. A 20-minute first reading works out to roughly $5; 30 minutes about $10.
Readers list their specialties, so filter for tarot and check recent reviews. Chat sessions come with a transcript you can reread — useful when the reader explains a spread card by card.
How Cheap Is Keen?
New customers can get 5 minutes for $1 — ideal for a single quick question. After that, standard rates start around $1.99/min.
The huge reader pool means someone is almost always available. Quality varies, so lean on reviews and specialties.
Which Should You Choose?
Choose Keen if you only need five minutes for a single quick question — $1 is hard to beat. For anything longer, PsychicBook is cheaper: its 10 free minutes alone cover twice Keen's intro session, and half-price time after that keeps a 20–30 minute reading in single or low double digits.
Or Use Both
Welcome offers are per site, so you can use PsychicBook's offer for one question and Keen's for another. Plan which question deserves the longer session, and check exact numbers in the tarot cost calculator.
